The policy guidelines (called the "TOUP GUIDELINES") govern how individual end users ("you" or "your") may use and access Atomic Jolt's services and websites (the "SERVICE"). Atomic Jolt's Privacy Policy explains the company's data collection and usage practices.
By using the SERVICE, you agree to follow these guidelines and review Atomic Jolt's Privacy Policy. These terms and the privacy policy may change, and you should review current versions at this page. If you disagree with these terms or data practices, do not use the SERVICE.
License Grant
These guidelines grant you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service, provided you comply with the terms. Atomic Jolt reserves all rights not granted in the TOUP Guidelines.
Your Content & Your Permissions
When you use the Service, you provide files, content, and messages ("Your Content"). You own your content and represent you have all necessary rights to share it. The company needs limited permission to host, back up, and share Your Content as needed to operate the Service. This extends to trusted third parties. You permit Atomic Jolt and partners to use, display, host, share, and back up Your Content, and to identify you as the contributor.
Sharing Your Content
You agree to share content responsibly. Prohibited uses include:
- Storing, transmitting, or creating libelous, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, sexual, hateful, unlawful, or objectionable content (except for legitimate instructional purposes compliant with applicable laws)
- Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling any Service component unless expressly permitted by law
- Harming, harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
- Probing systems for vulnerabilities
- Disrupting Service integrity or performance
- Gaining unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Introducing malicious code (viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware)
- Breaching security or authentication measures
- Accessing unauthorized areas or shared spaces you weren't invited to
- Creating bulk accounts through non-public methods or "scraping"
- Sending unsolicited communications, spam, or promotions
- Spoofing or phishing
- Advertising without authorization
- Selling or reselling the Service without authorization
- Copying, distributing, or republishing Service content without permission
- Removing copyright notices
- Violating law through infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading material
Your Responsibilities
You must provide equipment to access the Service and pay all associated fees. You are responsible for your conduct, content, and compliance with these guidelines. You agree not to copy or exploit third-party content without rights. Atomic Jolt may review conduct and remove content without notice but has no obligation to do so. The company is not responsible for user-posted content. You must safeguard your password and keep account information current.
Third Party Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites beyond the company's control. We are not responsible for such third-party websites.
Our Property
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These guidelines do not grant rights or interests in the Service or others' content. The company may use feedback or suggestions without obligation.
Infringement
The company respects intellectual property and responds to proper infringement notices. It may delete alleged infringing content and terminate repeat infringer accounts. To report infringement, provide:
- Electronic or physical signature of authorized rights owner representative
- Description of allegedly infringed content
- Description or link to infringing material location
- Your physical address, telephone, and email
- Statement of good faith belief that content lacks authorization
- Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner

The company may take appropriate action upon receiving proper counter-notice.
Termination & Right to Suspend
You may stop using the Service anytime. The company reserves the right to suspend or end the Service at any time without notice. It may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these guidelines, create legal liability, disrupt the Service, interfere with others' use, or cause harm. Surviving provisions remain in effect after termination.
Service "As Is"
ATOMIC JOLT AND ITS PARTNERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." The company disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Downloading or accessing content is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
You release Atomic Jolt from claims resulting from causes beyond its control. The company and suppliers are not liable for damages beyond direct damages or loss of use, data, business, or profits, regardless of whether warned of possibility. Liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months or $1 if nothing was paid. The company is not liable for content loss or storage failure. You waive rights to jury trial and class action participation.
Controlling Law
These terms and Service use are governed by Delaware law except conflicts principles, unless a separate written agreement exists with Atomic Jolt or mandatory jurisdiction law applies.
Entire Agreement
These guidelines govern Service use and supersede prior agreements. They create no third-party beneficiary rights and benefit Atomic Jolt and successors.
Waiver, Severability & Assignment
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. You cannot assign rights; attempts are void. Atomic Jolt may assign to affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors. If a court finds a provision contrary to law, it will be modified to accomplish original objectives while keeping remaining provisions in effect.
Modifications
The company may revise these guidelines anytime, posting current versions on this page. Meaningful rights reductions trigger notice to your account email. Continued use after revisions means you accept the updated terms.
